cattle in a queue.
We march to the slaughter,
blinded by ignorance.
The short-term solutions
maintain their view.
We rise up as one voice,
the will of the people.
The true power of leaders
lay not in the crown,
but in the hands of the
people they command.

The future is bleak.
Punishment for the weak.
They’d have us believe
the lions have been caged.
